This is a scenario-based assignment. It concerns a project that is currently failing. The nature and details of the project in the scenario are up to the team. The scenario goes like this: You and your team are involved with a project. Until recently, your team thought the project was going extremely well. One day, the upper management came to your team declaring a state of emergency: the client is fed up with the many failures of the project and is about to quit working with the team. The supervisor gives the team one month to bring the project back to a satisfactory state. Using the tools within Module 3 (Chapters 7-11), the students are to tell me a story of how they discovered the issues and how they intend to fix them. I expect minimally one tool per chapter and a total minimum of 7 different tools used. The 7 charts are to be included in the final paper. In a written format, the students should explain the scenario, give context, analyze and explain the different charts, and conclude on how they plan to bring the project back on track. The written elements (Without any charts) should be around 4 pages (1.5 spacing).
