this is a sql issue

I have a table that looks like like table-1

below. I want a querry that can turn it into

table-2. Please dont give me a querry where

I have to use specifc names. my actual table

is far too large and has too many diffrernt

names for me to use a query like that. all

units in the column in my actual table have

commas as well. please do not use CHARINDEX command
