This is a thesis statement for the White Paper: The shortage of mental health doctors and nutritionists in the Kosovo Security Force undermines its members' well-being and operational effectiveness, and addressing this shortage is imperative to ensure the force's overall health and readiness for missions. Can you offer a Solution that must be done using the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) or Army- Capabilities Integration and Development System (ACIDS)? Capabilities Based Assessment (CBA) by Input existing guidance required capabilities. The solution also should go under the Functional Area Analysis (FAA), which includes the needs, the Functional Needs Analysis (FNA) to describe gaps and Risks, and the Functional Solutions Analysis (FSA) to describe solution approaches by using at least three or four elements of DOTMLPF-P (Doctrine, Organization, Training, Material or non-materiel, Leadership and Education, People, Facilities, Policy) tool used to find solutions to force management problems. The Proposed Solution section must provide the proposed solution or solutions. Provide all feasible solutions for the reader.; Describe how the solution(s) would be implemented.; Provide information about costs associated with the solution. Then, the Solution should include one paragraph for Cost, Implementation Plan, and Benefits and Risks.
