Potential Customer Analysis Because of your recent training in database design and information retrieval, Bling Enterprises has just hired you to design and build a database system for a new enterprise they have just purchased and give advice on their current relational database system. Bling Enterprises has just purchased another company that is an online and storefront furniture store in two locations. Bling itself sells high-end household appliances. At this stage they want to have a new database for the furniture company. In the future they will merge their current database with the new database. The data that that has come from the takeover has been given to you in an Excel file. A sample can be seen in Table 1 on the next page. The data they keep about their current customers is Customerld (a unique number for each customer), first name, last name, address, delivery address (if purchases are delivered), date of birth (used to validate online accounts), gender, and email address. For each purchase they store: items purchased, amount paid, date, store, store address, staff member who served/fulfilled order and payment type.
