1.1 Visit any company of your choosing and use your Quality Assurance knowledge to perform the following tasks for the company: 1.1.4 Compile a Quality Cost Report (QCR) inclusive of information from the past six months. Give a background description in table format of each of the categories and subcategories of Quality Costs included in your QCR. your table header descriptions must include the following four minimum headers: 1) A description of the sublcategory 2) The causes of the specic cost 3) A description of how the cost is calculated for that sub/category and 4) A detailed breakdown of the calculation for the nal sub/category cost value used in the OCR, e.g. for subcategory scrap cost for company ABC-Furniture- Manufacturers, subcategory description could be - scrap costs comprises (saw mill off-cuts, damaged unusable wood, & saw dust), causes of scrap could be (imprecise designs and measurements for off-cuts, unsuitable storage for damaged wood, blunt & oversized cutting blades for saw dust), how cost is calculated for off-cuts (gram equivalent (Randslgram) of purchase cost used to calculate Rand equivalent of weighed off-cuts), actual calculation could be total grams of off-cuts for past six months x purchase cost per gram
