For this assignment, students are required to choose and examine a real project that they may have worked on or a project that they know about. The project should have already been completed/finished, implemented, or executed. By answering some fundamental questions about the project, students will be able to relate theoretical concepts to practice and develop analytical and critical thinking skills with a focus on learning objectives of Units 1,2,3 and4. Given the nature of this assignment, students can begin work on this assignment at the start of the semester and progressively elaborate their papers until the due date of the assignment. Students may be required to gather or collect information about the project through research, interviews, discussions and/or examination of the projects report, artifacts, and/or other project documents. InstructionsYou are required to identify and select a project that you have worked on, whether as a project manager or project team member. If you have not worked on a project before or you are unable to select a suitable project based on your work experiences, you should select aproject that you know about and have sufficient access to the projects information. Remember, the project that you select (the case) should have already been completed/finished, implemented, or executed. If you decide to select a project outside of your work experiences, there are several completed projects in your local community, your country, the region, or internationally that you may be able to use as a case for this assignment. There are no restrictions on the type of project that you select or decide to work with, however please be deliberate in your selection or when choosing a project to work with. You should avoid selecting a project for which genuine and relevant information is difficult to obtain or a project for which information is not freely and/or publicly available. You should not select a project that is incomplete or in its conceptual stage. Caution! Please avoid using project information that is confidential, contentious, subject to a legal proceeding, disputed, injurious, defamatory, or subjected to intellectual property protection.If you are having serious challenges in selecting a suitable project, as a last resort, you should reach out to the CI for further guidance and assistance on selecting a project. Now that you have selected a project, you should provide a report of the project with specific focus on the components and questions/statements listed below. Please do not submit the projects report, documents, and other project artifact in your submission. You should include your source(s) of information in the reference list.
