Would you please use the attached forms $-$ either one or one that you derive $-$ and provide context to the risk description, priority, preventive actions and contingency actions as it relates to the risk of a failing $/$ falling Crane in the Leadenhall Building film.

Of course the Crane did not fall $-$ so you have to outline the risks based on what may occur in the future.

No Project Manager wants a Crane to fail$/$fall$,$ but they have to plan for it$.$ In New York state $($and Connecticut$)$ the Project Manager is one the who goes to jail if there is any culpability determined!
