you approached the elements of principled negotiations during your simulation.

Please ensure to include how the negotiation happened:

o What were some of the arguments and counter arguments presented?

o How did the person you were negotiating with approach principled

negotiation?

o How did you approach principled negotiation?

o Did you get to a truly WIN$-$WIN situation? If so why, if not, why not?

$$ Ensure that you discuss how you attempted to include the elements, and if you were

successful or not in incorporating the element$($s$)$ in your negotiation and why you

were able to be successful or not.
