This is Database Management System question

Analyze and Develop a database application from end-to-end. Your database should contain at least 5 entities where each entity should include at least 3 fields. To have at least one M:M relationship is mandatory ( 2 to 3 slides + Title slide). For Task 1: You should submit the following: 1- Problem abstract 2- Analysis items 3- Entities with fields' details. 4- Table that shows relationships between each 2 entities, their connectivity (1:1, 1:M and M:M) and their cardinalities. 5- ER-Diagram 6- Layout for Form application
