REPORTED BY: jagbir singh gill TITLE / ROLE: Security officer DATE OF REPORT: 071072021 INCIDENT NUMBER: 2296 INCIDENT INFORMATION DATE and TIME INCIDENT TYPE: FORCED ENTRY OF INCIDENT: 120 LOCATION: Fenix Distillery, 521 Hops Crescent CITY: Hops Crescent STATE: Braggin town CODE: 5691 SPECIFIC AREA OF LOCATION (if applicable): POST INCIDENT DESCRIPTION This is jagbir singh gill employed by Outlander Security to work in the Gate house of the Fenix Distillery, 521 Hops Crescent, Braggin Town 5691. I approached by a person never seen before was wearing a Fenix employee identification and proximity card. The person approacheed the automated entry, i stoped them about 3 meters from the entry and informed that they are required to undergo a bag search prior to be allowed entry. They refused to acknowledge me and keept walking. I stoped him again and repeated my request to perform a bag search, the person becomes aggressive, swears at me and refused to consent to a bag search. I informed them that without a bag search they will not be permitted entry to site. The person once again swears at me and proceeds to swipe their proximity card. It didnt work and the door does not unlock. I inform my supervisor of what has transpired and recommend that Fenix management be briefed. My supervisor agreed and proceedd back to the gate house to contact Fenix Management. I turned back to the person who has still been attempting to access site with their proximity card. I request identification to enable you to verify their identity and assist them, i however remind them that without consent to conduct a bag search they will not be permitted to access the site. He informed me that they do not have any identification on them as they have left it in their vehicle. I asked that they return to their vehicle and retrieve their identification and request they leave their proximity card and employee identification so that i can verify there is no issue with the card. The person agreesd and provides me their proximity card and employee identification, before proceeding back in the direction of the carpark. A short time later my supervisor returned i briefed him on what has occurred and provide him person's proximity card and identification. My supervisor left to brief Fenix Management.
