About Organizational Behavior Organizational behavior provides a behavioral science approach to understanding individual, formal, and informal group behavior; macro- and micro-organizational structures; motivation and leadership theories; group influences; conflicts; decision- making; and communication; with an emphasis on behavior science applications in developing organizational effectiveness. Organizational behavior is about people and the organizations they make and the organizations' interactions in society. Organizations do not operate in a vacuum. A combination of concerns with the internal environment (closed systems) and external environment (open systems) are explored. Below are the questions needed to be answered in the essay. 1.) What did you learn about yourself from the course (consider communication style, team role, teamwork, etc.)? 2.) What 3 takeaways do you have relating to Org Behavior content? 3.) How was your team experience? What lessons do you have to help you in future teams/groups or in a future job? 4.) What Organizational Behavior did you learn from your case study organizational behavior field audit? (Please do NOT name the business, but feel free to talk about the industry.) (P.S. this organization behavior field audit was an essay i did on two companies, Slushy Cup and Northside Auto Group) ALSO, my team/group did not participate whatever in any of our assignments or projects.
