This is for graduate level software engineering course. We are designing software based on Cyber-Physical Systems and making the models via I/O Automata techniques (not UML models). We have to model and show how we would extend another timer component based on the timer software at this website https://www.timeanddate.com/timer/. There is a function on the website that allows the user to add another timer and multiple timers can run at the same time via use of multi-threading (I know that much). However, I'm having trouble working out how to show a cyber physical system model that extends another instance of the timer class. How do I go about this?
