3. A doctor may examine many patients. A patient may see many different doctors, but typically only sees one. A doctor has a name, age, and multiple specialties. A patient has a name, address, age, phone number, and multiple diagnoses. We want to track the date a patient sees a doctor. (15 points) 4. A student may be part of several organizations. Each organization has many students. A student has a first name, last name, address, email, and phone number. Organizations provide a name, purpose, meeting place.
