This is my final Assignment for my Finance class, I am comfortable with writing the paper, but answering the questions in the form of a Management Statement has me baffled.

I also need help explaining the reasoning, but the examples from text and research I know I can find.

I suck at Excel so if you can help with the Excel part that would be awesome.
