Project Purpose or Justification: The purpose of the project is to build a restaurant that not only provides authentic food but also gives a chance to experience indian culture which will be provided through videos and showcasing artifacts. Each week the cuisine will be based on different State(province) of india and the theme of culture will be parallel to provide more in-depth knowledge. Measurable project objectives and related success criteria: - Building a restaurant on a 50000Sq. Ft area that consist of kitchen, warehouse, dinning area, entertainment area, restrooms. Furniture and cutlery. Kitchen equipment (Oven, Grills, microwaves, Stovetops, Fryers, boilers, freeze j. Decoration of the dinning area and installation of television screens and audio system. - The duration of project is 6 months (June 2023 - November 2023). The starting period is 1It of June the deadline is November 30th. - The Approx budget of the project is $4 Million.
