EPM 3123 - Project Management Finance Project Assignment (40%) In your groups, research for a major/mega project located anywhere in the world. The project your group selects can be an infrastructure project, either completed successfully or unsuccessfully considering project financing/costs, schedule and/or technical issues. Selected project can be a privately financed or a public-private partnership financed project. Identify the reasons for the project success or failure and what role did the project sponsor(s), management and lender(s) played in its success or failure. Prepare a PowerPoint presentation for the selected project summarizing all key aspects of the project including its financial arrangements, if available. Project Report will be worth 20% and Project Report presentation ppt will be worth 20% of the total grade. All group members must participate during the group presentation in week 7. Of the total presentation marks, 10% will be assigned individually.
