This is scientifically impossible because we are all constantly growing and develop at different times. Not one person goes through puberty or development at the same exact time. Most males are done growing around the age 18-20 where as girls are ages 16 -18. Our body compositions will constantly be changing as we age because of experiences such as new lifestyles, experiences, or diets. Stress can play a factor in our weight and height and can cause people to gain or lose wieght throughout their life. It is possible for someone who is severely overweight to lose weight and become skinny and vice versa. As we get older we can also begin to shrink up to 2 inches in height by the time we turn 80. It would be highly unlikely that any person would stay the same percentile their entire life because of the way we develop and grow throughout life.
