Chapter 1: Management involves many different skills and learned

talents so tell us what you believe makes a good manager and what

makes an exceptional manager. Each should have at least three

traits listed and explained.

Chapter 3: In today's environment, the manager must be aware of

the social and environmental issues that our society is concerned

about. How would you ensure your employees are doing the things

to support the company's goal of being socially and environmentally

responsible?

Format

You want to make sure you can get full credit for your posts, so
