this is the third time I'm posting this question. i need answer on GOOGLE APPS software

Analyze and review a specific project management software and its value to project management. You will obtain a free trial or download of the software.

Consider the following:

• The softwares capabilities
• How it supports project management in terms of collaboration and/or knowledge management
• Its benefits and limitations
• Would you recommend using the software in an organization? Why or why not?

This assignment will focus on either Knowledge Management or Collaboration software, depending on the software assigned to you by your instructor.

Assignment Deliverables

1. Summary of the software capabilities in MS Word (minimum 500 words)
2. 3-minute demonstration and overview of the software; you will video the demonstration. The video will show you and the actual trial version of the software. You must be present on the video at least to introduce the software. You have 3 options for recording and submitting the video:
   • Record it and post it to YouTube. Post a link in the assignment drop box.
   • Use Teams or Zoom and post a link in the assignment drop box
