You are an accountant for Bot Inc. Your boss asks you to build a bot to extract sales information from online, convert it

to USD using exchange rates captured from Google.com, and save it to a new Excel file.

You have an Excel file $($Sales$.$xlsx$)$ with the following worksheets:

$$ Exchange Rate: This has the list of locations in which your company operates, the foreign exchange currency

code, and a column for the exchange rate.

$$ Sales: This worksheet is blank except for two column headers, which will be populated by the bot $($in addition to

other columns that will be created in this worksheet$).$

Build a bot to do the following steps:

$1)$ Use the Sales.xlsx file $($available for download on Canvas$).$

a$.$ Hint: Do not save the changes to this file, you will save it as a new Excel file at the end.

$2)$ Update the Exchange Rate worksheet with the appropriate current exchange rate:

a$.$ For each of the rows in the Exchange Rate worksheet:

i$.$ If the $$Code$$ column says USD then the Exchange Rate should be typed as $1$ in the $$Exchange

Rate$$ column.

ii$.$ Otherwise, use Google.com to search for the exchange rate code listed in the $$Code$$ column.

$1.$ Hint: The google search should be $$EUR to USD$$ or $$JPY to USD$$ etc. Use a keyboard

shortcut for $$Enter$$ after the typing action. This works better than a mouse click for

searching in Google.

b$.$ Save the rate in the $$Exchange Rate$$ column.

i$.$ Hint: it is the amount in the USD box.

$3)$ Go to www$.$rpasamples.com and click Sales Opportunities.

$4)$ Extract the table to the $$Sales$$ worksheet in the Sales.xlsx Excel file.

$5)$ Save the Excel file as a new Excel file named $$Sales Update$.$
