So we got 2-3 ebrahimi community adverted in everything ? They excluded him as a director. He saw liquidation of company not because he was insulted but because they had money. He wanted to get a share of money out and be free of the company. Essentially court lifted the veil here. What is concealed beneath the company formed. It isn't just an ordinary company but it is a quasi partnership company. You have been running the partnership for for years and you still want to carry on in a way of partnership. Partners have an expectation to share mgmt. If Ebrhami has been pushed out, that would have been the cause to liquidate the partnership therefore just and equitable under s 241 (4) (d) to liquidate the company.
