This lab assignment has you building a circuit and

programming the ESP$32$ to have two buttons and

one LED.

The two buttons are to control the blinking

frequency of the LED. One button is to increase the

frequency, while the other button decreases the

frequency of the blinking. There should be a limit

on the top and bottom rate of the blink frequency.

Be sure to use switch debouncing to prevent over

triggering of the change in frequency.

Use Pins $12$ and $13$ as your input pins and Pin $2$ as

your output pin.

A formal lab report is required. Be sure to include a

schematic of the circuit as well as the code for the

project.

The submission should be a PDF file with all the

necessary components of the lab report.
