Step 4 Process the Bpay transaction for July21 using the enter purchases function. Please ensure that the correct supplier details, GST amounts and dates are included.

Step 5 Using the pay bills function please process the invoices that have been paid on the July21 bank statement.

Step 6 Enter the correct payroll information for July 21. Process the pay for July21 (use the process pay option).

Step 7 Check the July21 bank statement to determine which transactions have been paid and process them using the 'pay bills option.'

Step 8 Produce the following reports (please send them as one PDF file) and check for accuracy (and make corrections where necessary) as at 31.7.21:

  • Bank reconciliation report (as there should be no outstanding transactions this should agree to the closing balance of the July21 bank statement).
  • Trial balance
  • Balance sheet
  • Profit and loss
  • Pay details report
  • Goods and services tax accrual report
  • Accounts receivable and accounts payable report
