Basically, it helps you find solutions to issues that are holding you back from growing as a business. It can be performed on a $(1)$ Strategic level $$ comparing the condition of your business with that of the industry or on an $(2)$ Operational level $$ comparing the current state of your business performance with the state you desire. Using the resources identified below, as well as those you research on your own, conduct a Gap Analysis on an organization of your choosing. Attach $($or simply include$)$ the Gap Analysis as an Appendix to this assignment and use the required word count to explain to the organization what is included in the Gap Analysis. Make sure you include an introduction to the organization, the purpose of the Gap Analysis and what the Gap Analysis will achieve for the organization.
