This paper is the final assignment in the course and is worth 100 points. Write a paper reflecting on the top five things you learned in the course operational decision-making. The paper needs to be at least two full pages plus a title page and the references page, each of the five items/concepts needs to be thoroughly explained in your own words, and you should include why you think these items/concepts are important. How have you applied these concepts in your personal/professional life and how might you use these concepts in the future?
