This paper presents a crosstabulation and correlation quantitative analysis report regarding the federal employee viewpoint survey (2018) results on two specific research questions: "Is there a significant relationship between the rewarding of creativity and innovation by employees and the employees' length of service in the federal government? And "Is there a significant relationship between the level of satisfaction with the policies and practices of senior leaders and the overall quality of work done by the employee's work unit?" For the first study question, a crosstabulation and Chi-Squared methodology were conducted on the information available. The analysis revealed a substantial statistical association between the recognition of creativity and invention by employees and their duration of employment in the public sector. Additionally, Spearman's rank correlation coefficient analysis was conducted, indicating a substantial statistical association between "the satisfaction level with senior leaders' policies and practices and the overall work quality of the employee's work unit" in the second study
