This paper will require you to take a position and defend your reasons for choosing why you believe this is the correct position to take. You are to decide whether U.S. states should have "right-to-work" provisions (i.e. prohibiting union security agreements) or whether union security agreements should be in place (i.e. an employee must join a union in order to have their job}?
