The business has grown its customer base from 500,000 to more than 700,000 customers without adding more resources to its six-member operations team, (Amazon Web Services, Inc. 2019). In addition to Alexa Traffic Rank, the web site includes the number of page views the site receives per million users, the average page views per user, and the percentage of internet users visiting the site. Today, Amazon Web Services provides a highly reliable, scalable, low-cost infrastructure platform in the cloud that powers hundreds of thousands of businesses in 190 countries around the world.
