approaches to create awareness, taking into consideration readiness, values and leadership approaches and applying theories of engagement

$7.$ Delivery plan:

outlining deliverables, timelines, roles and responsibilities

$8.$ Outcome and Process$/$implementation evaluation:

Propose the methodology that you will use to evaluate whether the change activities have been successful $($outcome$)$ and whether they have been implemented as intended and how the evaluation findings will be used
