Willie the Welder has asked you to assist him in his work. Willie's job is to take two pipes and weld them together. Each pipe has a specific length, measured in feet and inches.

If the first pole is 4 feet and 9 inches and the second pipe is 5 feet and 10 inches, the welded pipe will be 10 feet and 7 inches (not 9 feet and 19 inches). Your job is to write a program that will input the feet and inches of each pipe (4 int(input statements), add the lengths of the two pipes (which are input with text boxes) and to print the combined length of the welded pipes.
Please keep in mind that there are 12 inches in a foot. Your final answer should not show more than 11 inches.
