This project involves building a Vacation home for Mr and Mrs Ikpea. It is to be situated by the sea bank, close to nature, because the family are lovers of nature. This project is to be located by the coast of Tofino in British Columbia. This home is intended to be a five$-$bedroom apartment, a luxurious living room, and a basement with a separate entrance. The house design is expected to be built like a whale and all the exterior looks should be in blue coloured bricks. The approach that would be used for this project is the traditional approach, as all the deliverables are clearly defined. The finance for the project from kick$-$off to project close out is available and the time estimate for this project eight $(8)$ months. Project is expected to kick off on Friday the $5$th of April $2024$ till December $5$th$,2024.$ This project is expected to close out within the time limit as the Ikpea family would be having the Christmas celebration at their newly built vacation home.
