This project involves the review of case law. Each case below involves a will contest. Youhave been given the name of the decedent and the ground of the will contest in which you (andyour supervising attorney) are interested. [Ignore all other grounds that may be mentioned.] Working in a small group (as determined in class), please use Lexis or Google to locate and brief the assigned case.Our goal for the assignment is to see thefactual context in a will contest and how such proceedings arise and are resolved. As a group, prepare a summary of the law and facts that support the court's decision on the ground you have been assigned. Then submit the report on behalf of the group and thus, make certainty that names of group members are noted.
