This project is primarily about troubleshooting two IT problems: $(1)$ how to connect a new laptop to the wifi network and $(2)$ how to connect a second monitor to the laptop. It is also about completing a help desk ticket to describe what you did and how you resolved the problem. Please use the simulated lab sandbox to show what steps you would take to troubleshoot things. Take screenshots along the way for your report.

For this week's project, you will use the lab sandbox in TestOut to complete your assignment. You will need to troubleshoot how to connect to the Wi$-$Fi and how to add a second monitor using the laptop computer referenced in the instructions. This will allow you to demonstrate your ability to troubleshoot and repair common network issues. The solution is possible, so see if you can resolve the help desk request correctly and completely.
