Simple script kiddies attacks to fulfill their curiosity have turned into Cyber criminals, Cyber Warfare and Cyber Terrorists. Their motives vary from curiosity, financial, political, or revenge, but they all have some levels of technical backgrounds or hire someone who has the necessary technical skills.
