This report demonstrates the personal experience and learning outcomes gained om working on a reallife project 'Al'vtS system implementation' for RMIT university. The project was focused on the development of analytical skills and provided an opportunity to apply the ten project management key areas acquired from PMEUK-E. The success of a project is highly dependent on identication of the failure factors and their timely resolution in the initial stage of the project ]ifecycie. Learnings from the tutorials have given me a deeper understanding of the key principles of management and how they can he applied into the future projects. The ALIS implementation project, gave me an opportunity to apply the management methodologies covered in PEIBGKE right om analysing the problem statemenE to identifying risk and to create a smooth transition during the implementation. The four key phases in the implementation were Initiation and Planning, Project Execution, Project Monitoring and Control and Project closure
