This research aims to explore the intersections of transformational and cross-cultural leadership, specifically these leadership styles united to create a synergistic leadership approach that leverages their combined resources and achieves transformative results in today's glocal workplaces. These are environments shaped by both global systems and local cultures.
Practicing the skills of academic writing, as Goodson (2017) suggests, my purpose is to clarify how conclusive leadership styles can strategically improve diverse relationships and effectiveness. Another goal is to understand and adapt what leaders may have in memorywhen navigating the complexity of their roles.
Recent research implies that effective leaders must be able to adapt to constantly changing organizational and environmental conditions. In these diverse environments, a transformational leader can influence a team toward a shared vision, while across-cultural leadercan bridge cultural gaps and facilitate collaboration within unexpected backgrounds (Bonsu & Twum-Danso, 2018).
In this study, a qualitative subject will explore whether leaders feel uncomfortable or comfortable with the process of their team members' cultural norms (Salkind & Frey, 2020). The qualitative findings will contribute to the development and effectiveness of future leadership models that are both evidence-based and contextually relevant.
After reviewing the purpose statements above, write four empirical researchquestions. Discuss why in qualitative language, if possible.
1. Write simple with clear English
2. Cite all work APA style
3. 200 words only
