He tells the ABC Hardware team member that he has never replaced a breaker box panel and provides the team member with the proper specifications needed for his house. The team member hands Jack a breaker box panel and tells Jack, "This is what you'll need to get the job done". Jack properly installs the breaker box panel, but the panel given to Jack was not proper, so when Jack turned on the electricity to the house the electric surge caused damage to Jack's television and computer. ABC Hardware will be held liable for breach of a lemon law.
