For your final reflective writing assignment, you will now consider how you show up as a leader, and the principles you believe to be true about leadership. This reflective writing is a synthesis of the ideas discussed throughout the semester and an articulation of your leadership philosophy. Each student must submit a written reflection that addresses the following questions:

How do you define leadership?

What key elements do you believe to be universally true about leadership and what reasoning do you have to support this?

What beliefs do you hold that guide your actions as a leader and how do you live those beliefs out?
