This study investigated the seroprevalence [meaning - testing serum for antibodies]ofToxoplasma gondiiand associated risk factors among psychiatric outpatients at the University of Gondar Comprehensive and Specialized Hospital Psychiatric clinic.Anti-Toxoplasma gondiiantibodies were detected in 33.6% in the psychiatric outpatient population, compared to 16.4% in the control samples.
