This task will be completed based on using the simulated The Righteous Bean role-play scenario provided.

In this task you will develop (3) three effective workplace processes which can be used to manage issues in the workplace based on the current policies and procedures.

Your workplace process will need to include a workflow diagram. This workflow can be in the form of a flowchart, process map, Gantt chart or any other suitable workflow format. An example of a workflow process has been provided in Appendix A- Workflow process example.

You will develop:

A Work Role Consultation process

A Conflict Management process

An Escalation Referral process

Step 1: If you are using your own workplace, you will need to access all necessary policies and procedures from your organisation in order to complete this task.

Step 2: Develop the following three (3) new processes that can be used to manage issues in the workplace based on the current policies and procedures.

A Work Role Consultation process (for employees to contribute to issues related to their work role)

A Conflict Management process

An Escalation Referral process

Ensure you include the following information in each of the processes:

name of the process

explanations of the objective/s of the process what is each trying to achieve.

identify any internal forms, reports or other documents that need to be completed as part of the three (3) processes

Incorporate appropriate vocabulary, grammatical structure and conventions that are appropriate to the process

Create a workflow diagram for each of your three processes using appropriate software. You may use Appendix A as an example.
