This task will require you to develop at least one work plan for at least one team that you manage. STEPS TO TAKE 1. Access and review organisational planning documentation such as operational plans and organisational standards. 2. Consult with the following: At least two relevant departments in your organisation At least two relevant employees or staff of your organisation They must have information or knowledge about the work tasks that your team must complete. During consultation, you must gain information about the following: Work tasks to be undertaken by each of your team At least two resources required for each work task identified 3. Complete the Work Plan section of the Work Plan template for your team. Identify the following in the Work Plan section: Period covered by the plan Relevant organisational goals or objectives This can be goals or objectives within their team
