Use your workplace/organisation's template FOR this task, or use the Improved Learning Practice Plantemplate provided at the Bounce Fitness site.

FOR this task, you must:

• Review the following documents:
  • Learning Practice Review Report prepared in Workplace Assessment Task 1.
  • Improved Learning Practice Report prepared in Workplace Assessment Task 2.
• Customise the Improved Learning Practice Reportfor each learner based on their:
  • Current learning style
  • Experience
  • Personal interests
  • Alignment of learning style with a current VET learning strategy.
• Include the following for each learner:
  • At least one action item that will be implemented
  • Expected implementation date for each action item
  • At least one expected implementation outcome for each action item
• Develop an improved learning practice based on:
  • Existing learning practice identified in the Learning Practice Review Report.
  • Learner characteristics identified in the Improved Learning Practice Report.
  • At least two real-world situations
• Test the developed improved learning practice in at least two real-world situations.
