This team process component is designed to assess the quality of your team work for the team report. You are assessed individually and your score is assessed against a set of criteria relating to team work. There are three components, which will determine your grade: Team Report: Submit in Team report assessment page. Group Report Peer Evaluation and Meeting Minutes Forms: The FBL5010_Meeting Minutes Template Download FBL5010_Meeting Minutes Template is to be filled in EACH time you have a meeting. Your report should include in the appendix at least three meeting minutes summaries (300 words minimum - 100 words each). By the end of the semester, you will have a number of meeting minute sheets completed. Those sheets record attendance and contribution to the meeting and are also used to assess your overall contribution to the team. It is important that you negotiate times and deadlines for your team. Student Team Reflection: The evaluation (process) should include a 500 words summary, which clearly outlines what worked well in your team and what could be improved in future projects.
