This thesis given below is a bit vague could you change it up to be more specific, for example it says courts have been essential but say how? Also, the arguments given "the impact of the legal system, the evolution of liberties, and the impact on the legal landscape" is extremely vague. Can you replace them with specific substantive arguments?

Thesis:

My research indicates and argues that the Canadian courts have been essential in defending and expanding Black people's freedoms, both individually and collectively. The legal landscape of Black people's rights in Canada has been greatly influenced by the courts' historic rulings and interpretations of the Charter, such as section 15, which have not only offered legal safeguards but also helped in the advancement of Black people's liberties. The three key aspects are the following: the impact of the legal system, the evolution of liberties, and the impact on the legal landscape. These factors have a significant impact on how we see the role that courts have played in protecting and advancing the liberties of Black people.
