This training is required for a person who directly performs or supervises the carriage of hazardous materials on board an aircraft. It is a recurrent training course and must be conducted every 24 months with the exception of paragraphs (b), (c) and (f). Paragraph (b) states that a new hire person without training can perform the duties under the supervision of a person who completed his/her recurrent training in the ____________________ months. Paragraph (c) makes exception to person who works for more than one certificate holder. This person must receive written verification to be able to accept under (c). Paragraph (f) exception mentions operating at a foreign location where the country requires certificate holder to use persons working in that country. In that situation persons used does not need to meet the FAA training criteria but must be supervised under certificate holder
