• Transitional words and phrases

Internet users do not always think about how their internet data is being used.Nonetheless, collecting and using data about search habits is big business.

• Repetition of key words and phrases

Companies are able to track the searches made by various demographics and use data about these searches to target advertisements to likely customers. Customers will see advertisements that match their interests, but they have give up some privacy in return.

• Pronoun reference

For some customers,this loss of privacyis acceptable, while others are deeply concerned.

• Parallelism

Customers may worry about their search data getting into the wrong handsor about further intrusion into their private lives.

PARAGRAHP

The second strategy that can be adopted is ensuring that there is an active feedback mechanism between citizens and local enforcement agencies. When there is strong collaboration between communities and local enforcement agencies there is always a mutual benefit when it comes to combating crime in society. This is because in the absence of collaboration, law enforcement agencies leadership tend to lose touch with the community and understanding their unique needs while citizens do not enjoy the benefits of a secure and safe neighborhoods. The active feedback mechanism enables police leadership to know when incidences of police profiling increase in their jurisdiction and establish mechanisms of addressing such challenges. Ordinarily, police stops do not eradicate crime in society but only work to maximize arrests without necessarily addressing the issue of crime. This view is shared by Stashko (2023) who argues that police stops have only succeeded in maximizing arrests and not minimizing crime in society. This view directly undermines the role of police in society which is intended to ensure there are minimal crimes rather than arrests. When arrests are many, they unnecessarily add pressure on tax payers because the cost maintaining innocent people in cells is borne by the taxpayers. The study affirms that police stops are influenced by racial profiling against black people in the US. Therefore, it is sound to conclude that profiling people based on their skin color does not address crime in society but only end up ignites anger among black community in the US. To address this problem, law enforcement leadership should always pursue to enhance partnership and collaboration with black community so as to effectively address crime problem rather than viewing them as purveyors of crime in society. This collaboration is vital given that community members act as sources of intelligence on characters about to commit crime in society.
