This week, after going through our module, you will draft a legal contract containing the definite and required elements as discussed in Chapters $8,9,$ and $10$ of your textbook.

You started a new family business at home, but it has grown, and you need a new, actual storefront location. Purchasing real estate or property to compete within your market is not an option. It would be best if you leased for now. For this assignment, draft a property lease for your desired new store location.

Be creative yet professional. The following components must be present in your contract. For each element demonstrate your ability to write clearly, concisely, and with advanced communication skills.

Distinguish the type of contract $($e$.$g$.,$ bilateral, unilateral$)$ and include the four $(4)$ elements of contract formation.

Develop factors such as the parties, terms, and conditions of a lease for a building, including monthly payments, security deposits, insurance, taxes, maintenance agreements, and other related items.

Use and define legal concepts by incorporating the legal terminology from your textbook where appropriate and relevant.

Identify any ethical issues that exist in this alleged contract and result. What ethical or legal dilemmas might occur if the supplier was located in another country?

Which legal theories, fundamental laws, or regulations relate to your contract?
