This week it is time to put together your budget request for next year. In order to do this you will need to review the County Budget Information to get all necessary information and budget figures. You have completed a review of the system and found that not all citizens of your county are within 8 minutes of an EMS unit. In order to meet this standard, you will have to build a new EMS station and strategically locate it within the county. This also means you will need to purchase another ambulance and hire a new crew for each shift. All of this information will need to be included in your budget. You have $75K set aside for the new EMS base and need an additional $75k to make the required down payment.

For this assignment you must crunch the numbers to get your budget request together and ready to be submitted to the County Manager next week. He will be taking it to the County Commissioners on Thursday. All necessary information for your numbers is found under the "Your County Information" button in the "County Budget Information..." document.
