This week, one of the assigned readings is an article by Pedro Serrador on Stakeholder Management. This article highlighted the importance of stakeholder management for project success. In addition to the article (published in 2009), Mr. Serrador graciously recorded a video for students in 2023, providing an updated view on his earlier publication. For the purpose of this discussion, you may read the article OR watch the video. Please answer the following questions related to stakeholder management:

Provide at least one professional example of a situation where effective stakeholder management either significantly benefited a project or where ineffective stakeholder management harmed a project.
