This week we are continuing our project plans by creating a project management plan (including a communication plan) and starting our work breakdown structure (WBS).

Assignment (50 points): Update the project management plan with a WBS (with at least 10 steps, and a communication plan (please use the project plan template from this week's document section) for the chosen project. The WBS should contain the task, dependencies, the resources that are performing the task, the start and end dates, and any other pertinent information. The project documentation should be additive from last week's project description.

Additionally, please find at least two references and cite the source in your project. Sources must be used to enhance the learning experience. By finding a referenced source, you are enhancing the learning experience by searching for another source of information on the topic. Also, please ensure you are using a source that is peer reviewed to ensure accuracy of information (select peer-reviewed journal articles from the Park Library).
